The Salt Line

by Holly Goddard Jones

Set in a future where the United States is enclosed within a Salt Line to protect citizens from lethal ticks, 'The Salt Line' follows a group of thrill-seekers venturing into the wild. Among them, a famous singer, his girlfriend Edie, tech mogul Wes, and housewife Marta. Outside the safety of the line, they're exposed to the deadly insects and find themselves trapped in Ruby City, a place built by those who live beyond the line. Here, amidst danger and conspiracy, they must redefine freedom as they struggle with shifting alliances and the challenge of returning to civilization.
