The Salvation Gambit

by Emily Skrutskie

Murdock, a skilled hacker and con artist, finds herself face-to-face with an unprecedented challenge when she and her crew of swindlers become entangled with a sentient warship known as the Justice. The warship, turned penal colony complete with a society of exiles, demands total devotion, particularly from Murdock. As the Justice's divine-like AI eyes focus on exploiting Murdock's talents, she must navigate a treacherous new reality. With her mentor Hark's capabilities in doubt, Murdock will have to rely on all her cunning to devise an escape plan, resist the ship's manipulative grasp, and lead her crew to freedom in this pulse-pounding sci-fi adventure.
