As Marion strives for precision and spectacle under the Rockettes' rigorous standards, the city trembles under the terror of the 'Big Apple Bomber,' whose sixteen-year spree of bombings has evaded police capture. Marion's path crosses with Peter Griggs, an innovative doctor championing psychological profiling as the key to apprehending the elusive bomber.
