Letty Davenport, adopted daughter of Lucas Davenport, is embarking on her most perilous assignment to date: infiltrating a group of cyber-terrorists known as Ordinary People. Moving from behind a desk into the field, her marksmanship and bravery are exactly what the Department of Homeland Security and the NSA need to thwart the group's plans to bring down the power grid of Minneapolis. Alongside her NSA partner Rod Baxter, they pose as rogue programmers and traverse to Los Angeles.
