Other People's Clothes

by Calla Henkel

Set against the backdrop of Berlin's vibrant nightlife, 'Other People's Clothes' follows two American art students, Zoe and Hailey, as they try to reinvent themselves abroad. Escaping personal traumas and searching for an identity amid the city's chaos, they end up renting an apartment from a famous thriller author, Beatrice Becks. As they immerse themselves in Berlin's hedonistic club scene, strange occurrences begin to blur the line between reality and the fiction created by their landlord. The girls host wildly extravagant parties in an attempt to craft personas fit for a novel, but as recognition grows, so does the danger. Their year abroad takes a dangerous turn, leaving them questioning whose narrative they are truly living and how their own story may end.
